Returns & Exchanges

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase of Arch Angels insoles for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was placed.

Once we receive your return, please allow us 2-3 business days to process your return, then an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to process back to your original form of payment.

The easiest way to make an exchange is to make a return and place a new order for the correct product.

Refunds for returned merchandise will always be processed back to the original payment method on your order. We cannot, for any reason, process a refund to a different payment method. In the event that your original payment method cannot be refunded, a store credit will be issued instead.

If you purchased your Arch Angels from a retail store and not from our website, your return should instead be made to that retail partner. We unfortunately cannot process any refunds or exchanges for purchases originally made elsewhere.
